Had a great experience at this chocolate store! Everything was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Alby was especially helpful, friendly, and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking for great chocolate and great service.

My visit was a bit of a mixed experience 🤔🍫. When we first arrived, a friendly employee greeted us and kindly offered some samples 😊. Her warm attitude made a great first impression and we enjoyed trying a few different chocolates 🍬✨. After deciding to buy some, we told her which ones we wanted. I pointed to a specific chocolate and mentioned that I’d like three pieces 🍫🍫🍫. Unfortunately, that’s when the experience started to feel a little strange and unexpected 😕. It was disappointing because everything had started off so positively. Hopefully, customer interactions can remain as welcoming throughout the entire visit as they are at the beginning 👍.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Läderach at Fashion Outlets of Chicago is one of my favorite stops whenever I’m in Rosemont. The chocolate is absolutely delicious, and the quality is consistently outstanding. My personal favorites are the Pave’ truffles, and bags of various truffles which are rich, beautiful, and incredibly hard to resist. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. Matthew, the store manager, always remembers me when I visit, which makes every trip feel personal and welcoming. He and the entire team consistently greet customers with big smiles and a positive attitude, and they genuinely go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. Great chocolate is one thing, but great people make a place memorable. Matthew and his team have created an atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re visiting the Fashion Outlets of Chicago!

As I walked into the store, I was offered a sample of milk chocolate and hazellnuts. I took it even though I don't like milk chocolate. It was "tears to your eyes" delicious. You know what I'm talking about. Perfect amount of sweetness, rich chocolatey goodness, and hazlenuts that tasted fresh-picked that day. There was no way for me not to love their chocolates. If there's a special person in your life who needs a little chocolate TLC, or you finally decide you need a treat for yourself, hurry up and get over here. I promise they have something for every chocoholic you know.

While shopping around in the Fashion Outlet Mall. I saw all of these delicious looking chocolate pieces in the window. Of course I couldn't resist so I went inside. Right when I get inside, the employee gives me a piece of Swiss milk chocolate and it was sooo good. They gave me plenty of pieces of other flavors and surprisingly I only came out with a $9.00 dark chocolate bar. This chocolate is best for gifts or if you want to treat yourself. Not an everyday chocolate that you would buy at Aldi's or Trader Joe's.
